Main Justice Ohio Police Force Pledges Reform

This is the real reason why the Ohio Supreme Court wanted
to curb and place major obstacles in front of the law career
of a ecentric solo civil rights lawyer from southeastern Ohio

The U.S. Justice Dept Civil Rights Division Special Litigation Section has determined after 8 yr, that the original 2004 civil rights lawsuits that referenced a pattern and practice problem inside of the Warren, Ohio PD wer in fact, telling the truth and that the allegations were confirmed by a long term investigation and overall review of the Department lasting almost a decade...

Unfortunately, it comes awful late, for the many poor black and white clients of Mr. Olivito who were the plaintiffs in his many interviews, encounters and lawsuits that compromised the original basis for his seeking out the Civil Rights Division assistance in his effort to get some serious redress for these clients and the city population of Warren, Ohio

What didn't happen ? the citizens and their main civil rights advocate were allowed to be systematically retaliated in a high tech manner, in a manner that seemed to make it appear that the the lawyer was not either very competent or worse, he had "ethical issues" ...and moreover, the main civil rights client was set up and then allured into a series of minor but significant enough drug transactions, with a local police informant....leading to his criminal prosecution, jury trial and then very heavy out of bounds sentencing ...

effectively ending the public face and side of the civil rights case of the main event that brought Mr. Olivito to both the City of Warren itself and then....him to the Justice Dept in August of 2004.
