for writing several serious drug prescriptions for himself....
and then trying to hide the fact; after he was caught and indicted, the Ohio Disciplinary counsel got involved...
after an "exhaustive" investigation, they gave this "important member of the Ohio legal profession"..his serious due...
a completely stayed suspended sentence off...
of course..."for two years"... noting..."his great contribution to the ohio legal profession", nothing how it would be an injustice to have such a dedicated public servant not at the bar able to practice...
